Data deletion

Socixis (https://socixis.dev) is operated by Apixis. This page is how you ask us to delete data we store about you, including data received from Facebook or Instagram.

What we delete

• Your Socixis account, workspace membership, and brand profile, when you ask us to close the account.
• Connected Facebook and Instagram tokens, page names, and posts Socixis stored for those connections.
• We keep billing records when the law requires it.

Removal finishes within 30 days of a confirmed request.

Remove Facebook access yourself

In the Facebook app, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Socixis. You can also disconnect the account on the Socixis Connections page after you sign in.

Request deletion

Send the form below, or email socixis@apixis.dev with the address on your account and, for a Facebook request, the Facebook user id if you have it. You will get a confirmation code.

Facebook callback

Facebook can also call Socixis directly when you remove the app. That callback checks the signed request with the Meta app secret and returns a confirmation code plus a status link on this site.
